In this article, we summarise the background, methods and results of the papers discussed during the October and November meetings of the online OMFS Journal Club, held monthly on twitter (@OMFSJournalClub). The outcomes of our critical appraisal are presented, along with what the club felt was the clinical applicability of the paper in light of the appraisal.
